Terms and Conditions

Quotations are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an assessment of the property. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before continuing.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned, including side gates, driveways and any locked areas. Where safe access cannot be achieved, the affected work may not be carried out.

Not all surfaces are suitable for pressure washing or other cleaning methods. Surfaces are assessed before work begins and methods are matched to the material. Some staining and discolouration is permanent and may not be removed.

Work may need to be rearranged where weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable. We will contact you to agree an alternative date at the earliest convenient time.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booked visit so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Accepted payment methods and terms are confirmed with your quotation.
