Downpipes can often be checked and cleared as part of the work, subject to access and condition. Please mention it in your enquiry.

Do I need to be at home?

Usually not, provided there is safe access around the property and any gates can be opened.

Yes, subject to site assessment, height and safe access arrangements.

Will you tell me if something is damaged?

If we notice loose brackets, split joints or other visible issues while working, we'll let you know. We don't carry out repairs unless separately agreed.
